ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚੇਤਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੌੜਾਮਾਜਰਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਬਾ ਫ਼ਰੀਦ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਵਾਈਸ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਰੀਜਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੈੱਡ ਉਤੇ ਪੈਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ।ਜਿਸ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਉਪ ਕੁਲਪਤੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵੀ ਖੂਬ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਘੇਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਲੱਖਾ ਸਿਧਾਣਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵੀਸੀ 2014 ਤੋਂ ਇਥੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਹਿਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾੜੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਲਈ ਵੀਸੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ?
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵੀਸੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਘਿਰਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾ ਸਕੀ। ਉਹ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚੇਤਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੌੜੇਮਾਜਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਬਾਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਉਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਉਤੇ ਝੁਕਣਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਨਗੇ, ਇਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਦੱਸੇਗਾ।
ਲੱਖਾ ਸਿਧਾਣਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵੀਸੀ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, ਕੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਉਗੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੱਥ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਵਿਖਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਉਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਬਾਅ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕਦੀ ਜਾਪ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੰ ਹਲੂਣਦਿਆਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦਿਓ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਉਚੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੀਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
